What You’ll Be Doing as a Support Worker

  • Support service users with their physical, personal, and emotional needs.
  • Set and work towards personal goals to maximise independent living.
  • Provide support with personal care and community living skills.
  • Monitor progress and review needs.

What We’re Looking For.

  • 6 months’ paid experience in a healthcare setting.
  • NISCC registered
  • Willing to complete an Access NI check
  • Genuine compassion and empathy for others.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great team player who can also work independently
